How long do I have to be eligible for a return, exchange, or a refund?

1. We have a 15-day return, exchange, & refund policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return, exchange, or a refund.


2. To be eligible for a return, exchange, or a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. (Any item that we deem worn or used upon inspection, will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.)

3. Shipping for your first return is FREE for any EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT resolutions. Any returns for a REFUND TO PAYMENT METHOD resolution, will incur a $8.99 shipping label fee. Upon Return, exchange, or refund approval, we will provide you with a shipping label that you can print out. Use this label when returning your item within 5 days of return or exchange approval. 

4. If you have additional items that you wish to return from the same order number but you did not include it in your first return, you can still return it to us within 15 days from date of purchase (see the following ways)

  • Use the shipping label we provide and pay the $8.99 shipping fee (which we will deduct from your refund).
  • We will provide you with a return address; you can use your own shipping method at your own expense.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed with 7-10 days after receiving and inspecting your returned item. Refunds will be issued to its original payment account. Allow 3-5 business days to see your refund reflected on your account. 
  • The original shipping fee and Route protection is non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
